Labor Day

For Labor Day we wanted to do something fun together as a family. We started out going to the fair and then we saw the prices and by the time you pay to get in, go on a ride and have something to eat, it was ridiculous how much it cost. So we went fishing where we didn't see even one person.

We baited the fishing poles and with my first cast I reeled it in and at the last second, right before my hook came out of the water, a big German Brown trout came after it and took the bait.

Isn't that awesome!! This picture is a little funny, I was excited to catch a fish after a long time of not. That was the first and last fish we caught but it was such a fun day being together and enjoying the outdoors.

Jeffery loves to be like his dad, holding a fishing pole and walking along beside him. We had fun walking and then we found a rope swing and Dad decided to go for a swing.
